April 26, 2016 – RI Vice President and Director Greg Podd has announced the formation of the Rocky Mountain Rotaract Multidistrict Information Organization.
Multidistrict Information Organizations (MDIOs) share information and facilitate communication between participating districts and their clubs. In order to form an MDIO, districts must have approval of the district governors concerned and the RI Board, and must comply with RI policy.
Greg’s announcement continues . . . “Just wanted to express my sincere congratulations on your outstanding leadership in successfully forming the very FIRST Paired-Zone Rotaract Multidistrict Information Organization in the Rotary world. With the formation of our Paired-Zone organization, along with the Council on Legislation (COL) decision to allow Rotaractors to become Rotarians and the Rotaract Summit that will take place with our Rotary Institute 2016 we are truly bridging the gap for our Future Leaders in Rotary.”
